3. eTown | Deercreek

eTown is a community located inside the Deercreek neighborhood of Jacksonville. The community has committed to keeping 50% of eTown as preserve area as an effort towards sustainability. 4. Wells Creek | South Jacksonville

Wells Creek is found just before you cross over into St. Johns County from Jacksonville. Many enjoy this community because it offers the luxury often associated with St. Johns County with a lower price tag than what one may purchase in St. Johns. On top of that, this community has no CDD fees but boasts lots of amenities including a playground, dog park, swimming pool, and miles of walking paths. The two builders in this community are KB Home and Mattamy Homes and properties include both single family homes and townhomes. 

5. Pablo Cove | Beach Haven

Pablo Cove is a community of townhomes built by Mattamy Homes with close proximity to the beach communities of Jacksonville. Amenities here include gated entry, a fitness center, and a resort-style pool, and floor plans range from 1,580 to 2,180 sq. feet. Easy access to I-295 and JTB make this a great spot to not only get to the beaches, but also other areas of Jacksonville.
